Espresso is one of the most well known coffees from Italia. It is used as a basic ingredient to make cappuccino drink by adding frothed milk on the top of it. The combination of sweet and rich flavor in a cup creates a unique flavor that makes espresso-based drinks are very popular among caffeine lovers. Despite the sweet taste, their contains higher caffeine level -- up to three times -- compared with ordinary coffee. When using this machine, barista needs to pump water by using a lever. The last type is pump driven machine. It presses hot water through coffee ground by using pressure from a motor driven pump. This type is the most popular type that you can find easily in cafes or restaurants.

Today, pump driven machine comes in many options to operate. There are semi-automatic, automatic, and super automatic types. These options are very helpful for people who do not have high skill but still want to produce a good espresso. If you have average skill, a semi-automatic will be a good choice. It allows you to give control in some aspects. As for amateur, the super automatic type will be a convenient choice.
